anyone speaking about cases without discussing testing levels is, at this stage of the game, either trying to mislead or has really missed the boat. there is nothing bad going on in georiga. new hospitalizations are down from when they opened in apr and trendless for 2 months.

in june, testing up 73% vs 64% for cases. seriously, is literally ANYONE falling for this "report cases but not testing" trick anymore?

and these testing levels are massively understated. GA only reports positive results from tests outside the ELR system (like tests from workplace and even at a GP) the negatives are not reported. it's massively salted and testing is STILL outpacing.

and cases are not flowing through to new hospitalizations or to deaths. for a guy who bills himself as a "non-partisan fact checker" this sure seems like partisan poo flinging. and it's simply not correct. a lie with selective truth is still a lie.

One gobsmacking comp which he overlooked was mortality per capita. Don’t think MI fares well on that metric.

617 per mm (MI) vs 262 (GA). yup. not an attractive comp for MI.

As a man with a father in the hospital for Covid19, I can tell you as long as folks are avoiding that we are winning the race against this thing. Also, his treatments have been very effective so far, which is an underrated development in this whole thing.
