it's a shame to hear about your experience Edgar. Availability is managed by the accommodation's on our site. If they're unable to honor your booking, they need to help you find someplace else to stay. If they can't, our customer service team can suggest alternatives.1/2

Hi Rick, that doesn't sound good. If you have any issues, it's important to communicate this directly to the accommodation during your stay as they're responsible to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. They may only charge amount as per your confirmation email.1/3
