En principio tu petición debe de ser aprobada por los alojamientos con quienes tienes las reservas. Te recomendamos que entres en el apartado de "Gestionar mi reserva" () y desde ahí les envíes las peticiones. Si lo prefieres y es urgente, puedes llamar 1/2

Despite many rates offer the guest to pay upon check-in, most properties reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to the arrival. This is a common practice within the hospitality industry whose purpose is to verify the card's validity and the cardholder's identity.
