That's definitely a good precaution to have online when someone you don't know provides a link. However, when you contact a support account and they provide a link it is probably safe to assume they intend you to check it. ^KAL

There shouldn't be a 2 hour navigation loop, which is why I apologized for any trouble you had navigating the website. Normal use of the website should allow you to find the Contact Us link and reach support fairly quickly. ^KAL

Can you provide me a screenshot with what you're seeing when you go to the link I provided and then what you see when you login? I just visited the old store and logged in with my account and I can see my purchases that were completed on that store (not Fanatics) ^KAL

You should be able to get your RMA open here: by logging in with your Blizzard account credentials. Or the credentials for whatever account you made the purchase with. ^KAL
