It’s amazing when you added those trees how the whole thing just popped. The depth just amped everything up. What paper are you using for that?

Lovely day. Lettering an unannounced DH project and listening to a British 60s blues mix. Hot ginger tea on a chilly morning. Let’s kick some comic book ass.

After a few days of working with the new Adobe 2020, the only bug I’ve noticed is that it changed the highlight colors of my Layers, and I have to change them back. More of an annoyance than a problem. So far I am pretty happy with it otherwise.

Lovley day. About to start lettering a secret Dark Horse project. Listening to a classic rock mix and drinking ginger tea. Watched The Mandalorian Ep1 last night and enjoyed it. Felt like a rollicking good RPG session, didn’t it? Gonna watch it again tonight I think.

Seeing someone praise lettering that is used to show bad examples of how to letter is very telling of someone who doesn't understand the first thing about lettering.

In fact, I just used the raw letters from Project Thunderclap (light) in the first issue of Stranger Things: Six #1 for a screeching car...

I like to use lightweight mechanical SFX fonts for high-pitched mechanical sounds: Sirens, screeching tires, etc.

I also can’t decide if I want to include a “light” version. Effectively taking this from a 6-font set to a 12-font set.

Designed these alternate versions of the Project Thunderclap caps, and I can’t decide how to include them: Just accessible through your graphics program's glyphs window, and an auto ligature key combination… hmm.
