Thanks to Terrascope for the lovely 'Frozen Waterfall' review - "Cubs create a brand of shimmering, psychedelic folk music that is deeply engaging and immersive......melodies so sweet they coat your very soul".

This weeks is this water bottle bird feeder!🐦 Poke holes and slot in two wooden spoons/ twigs, at an angle, making the hole on the bottom end larger, allowing some feed to spill out. Fill with bird seed and hang from a tree or porch with string.

“Crawl, walk, run is more resilient. It allows for mistakes that aren’t fatal. It takes a bit longer to get to the finish line this way, but the probability of success is way higher with crawl, walk, run.” 👌

Your chaps were out bright and early here in Lucan ☘️. Last week the wind blew my neighbours bin over. The city bin chap helped me pick up the recycling. Great work from your teams.

The wind blew today out west! There were loads in swimming but the lifeguards kept them away from the tower! I got hit by 2 waves taking this photo. Crazy atmosphere out in black rock today around 6pm! Pretty sure it’s the full moon 🌕

To anyone who feels like they “wasted” the time during quarantine because they didn’t write a book or learn a second language or get their bodies in shape, I have good news: Quarantine ain't over get back inside.

My peers in music/events industry will more than likely lose full years income due to pandemic. We accept that shows and large gatherings simply can’t go ahead right now, as tough as that is. To see Thousands on top of each other on the streets ignoring rules is a tough watch
