Is there any information about when the M2 Page Builer will be available in the marketplace? /

So, will it be available for Open Source in some fashion?

No, a fact which is frustrating and disappointing to me.

That’s already directly in contradiction to what was said at Imagine last year. It was promised for Open Source and merchants made major decisions based on that. This is a major breach of trust.

Same here. We have some clients waiting for the PageBuilder (None of them would switch to EE). Is there any official statement about the „why“?

"It was promised for Open Source" - any written or recorded messaging from us on this would be very helpful for me to have. I plan to go through various media from last year. You have my number :-)

It is still a huge value prop of Magento Commerce! Magento is a business, it has to generate revenue to support itself, it's employees and the Open Source edition. I've got my fingers crossed we'll be able to provide an OS solution one day, but that decision is out of my hands.

That's true and I can understand it. I'm just disappointed because of the promises from 2018. We got some customer who wanted to buy the PB, but won't switch to EE. I really hope there will be a possibility to get the PB for CE in the future (maye even with an licensing model)

Thanks for your engagement on this issue. Really appreciate it a lot. WRT pricing, no guidance was ever given so its wide open but if I’d been asked to guess a number I would have said $5k - $10k. It’s a pretty significant subsystem and highly valuable to a merchant.

my guess would also be around $10k (maybe more), as this is a really big feature
