hotels in Nigeria mostly serve local rice to their customers. Perhaps, our Tourism Ministry could take a cue and liaise with Hotels and restaurants in Ghana to do same.

Our problem in Ghana is that there are too many agencies doing the same thing or have huge similarities in their scope of work. This is highly inefficient and a huge cost to us!
