Ha, ha, ha. This is just so believable. But surely there were (at least) two sets of samples taken. One in the initial hospitalisation of the Skripals and the second set weeks later by or on behalf of the OPCW. So are both sets missing a proper chain of custody? Stinks.

UK didn’t affirm a valid chain of custody samples were submitted. OPCW took the samples in violation of their own rules. Considering the undegraded Nov in samples, OPCW findings are suspect.
