Heard your follow up Neapolitan is dough usually made with flour, yeast, salt and water only, cooked at 900+ degrees, very specific ingredients and process. NY Style is larger, baked at lower temps. Usually a docker is used on the dough before topping.

is not New York style. It is True to the art Neapolitan style pizza. Zios and Sam and Louie’s are New York style pizza. Big difference
