We understand as the waters recede that everyone is anxious to get back to normal. NDOT has been working across the state, around the clock since flooding began. Tonight you can see them still at work, clearing debris from highways around Fremont.

Appreciate it. Nick - this is one of the shelters I sent you. So hard to help a big chunk of those affected with how spread out it is. Nothing is centralized, but localized groups are doing a very good job. I’d call the Red Cross and confirm there are needs, etc.
