Chez on y fait très attention. On préfère optimiser nos systèmes plutôt que de racker de nouveaux serveurs. On arrive à encaisser un traffic a 140 millions de personnes avec un rapport nombre de serveur / user final très faible.

J’en convient. On a des CPU de plus efficaces et puissants, mais on a des programmes qui ne sont pas efficaces.

Le problème n’est pas la data. C’est les CPU et les ecrans. On a des ordinateurs de plus en plus puissants, mais nos programmes sont de plus en plus gourmands. Il est là le vrai problème. Qu’un browser comme Chrome crame le tiers d’un CPU.
