Just finished reading ’s book. I’ve read other books on race - dozens. I’ve never cried or related as much. β€œI’m Still Here,” is a beautiful book, it’s an honest book and it’s one that’ll make non-white women finally feel seen. πŸ’•

Just watched The High Note with and what a wonderfully sweet movie. πŸ’œ This is a movie I could watch over and over- especially during the pandemic. Good music. Sweet characters. Just enough drama and vulnerability and courage without being heavy or sad. Beautiful

Just watched ’s on farming and learned so much. Thank you for tying together land ownership, govt policy, race and real people. I missed a few chunks of the episode and plan to rewatch for sure.

The only thing that surprises me is how often white folks like this believe they are saying something remotely interesting or original.
