Hi Jon, That shouldn't be the case. Providing a card should only be in cases where you're not home or access to your property isn't possible. So I can address this with Management, please DM us with your tracking and delivery details. - Rhys

Hi, unfortunately we do not have the senders details. If they are not responding I suggest that you contact your purchasing platform to raise a dispute or your financial institution for assistance with recovering the money you have paid for the parcel. Hope this assists. ~Leanne

That time frame does seem excessive even with our expected delays Leigh. We'd need a tracking number to take a closer look so it would be best to see if the sender can provide this or assist you further as you haven't received the parcel. ~ Delilah

At the moment it may be up to 10 business days, I'm sorry Michael. Parcels and Express Letters are taking priority at the moment for processing and transport, but we're also working hard to get letters where they need to go as well. - Katie

We don't like it's come to this :( As it's clear this isn't the outcome you want and it's not what we want either. So the offer is still there to transfer it to another store or we can hold it until you can make it to the store yourself. -Nina

You certainly can. As of the 7th of August 2020 customers can send International Express and Standard parcel to the Philippines as well as International letters. I hope this helps! :) - Nadia
