SMBs have time to seriously evaluate about 1 product a year. Everything else has to just work immediately. Enterprises have time to seriously evaluate about 100 products a year. Just don't mix-and-max the playbook on trials and evaluations here.

Just discovered website: a great resource. I can’t stress how liberating the no code and movement is for female founders. It removes traditional gatekeepers (elusive tech founders and old school VCs). No permission needed – start building today.

No one cares about your product. Who built it, its features, the origin story β€” it’s all superfluous. People only find value in what your product can do for them right now. Save people time. Save people money. Give people an escape. The selfish hand will always govern.

Unpopular opinion: if you’re learning to code in order to build something, try and build it without first. You’ll learn if you *need* code for your MVP You’ll likely make progress quicker Have something launchable quicker Can see the ins and outs for if you do code it later

The two most important qualities in a founder are self-awareness and a growth mindset. Self-awareness = knowing what you need to improve Growth mindset = you can improve anything
