If you close a sprite by mistake you can re-open it with Ctrl+Shift+T (or ⌘⇧T on macOS)

Pixel Art exists because of nostalgia is the single biggest and widespread misconception about . Pixelartists have their own ideas, values and philosophy about creating their artwork with pixels. The reasoning can be explained completely without it.

you can show all options at once pressing the little square at the top-right corner or using Ctrl+click on each section that you want to make visible

It won't quite fit in a stocking unless you get a big stocking but it makes a pretty cool gift! PS it's full of cute pixel art cats!

yeah, the functionality is quite hidden (a lot of people asked about this in the past), we would like to change the way layers are selected/moved to a more standard way, some info here:

I would like to add something like in the near future in File > Import Sprite Sheet, but it's not implemented yet One possibility would be to copy some code from this script: (it loads json files and creates a sprite from it)

if you want to move to another layer, you can use up/down arrow keys, but if you want to move layers, you can drag-and-drop the thick border of the timeline selection to move layers: I hope it helps!

we'll take note, it might be possible (like a Crop before the export, maybe in the same section where there is the Trim Sprite/cel options)
