A used portable classroom building is being installed just north of Presidents Elementary School for the Developmental Preschool. The relocation of the preschool creates more space at Presidents for two new K-5 classrooms inside the existing school.

Arlington Public Schools will not seek reductions in staff for the 2019-20 school year. The district is required by state law to inform certificated staff by May 15 if there will be staff reductions for the upcoming school year.
