Jesus tells us to avoid any behavior or anything of this world that fractures our relationship with him. This often requires us to make specific changes in our lives. God’s Word encourages us in that process: “Persevere in running the race and do not grow weary or lose heart.”

Jesus invites us to come to him like little children completely dependent upon him. Let go of the temptation “to be in control” and, with childlike trust, hand over your concerns to the Lord, the One who promises to protect you and provide you with everything you truly need.

Jesus teaches that marriage is a permanent and faithful union of one man and one woman and a visible sign of the love he has for his Bride, the Church. Deep gratitude to all our married couples for your faithful witness! Renew daily your “yes” to the vocation entrusted to you.

Blessed Feast of the Assumption! “Before conceiving the Lord in her body she had already conceived him in her soul. She made room for the Lord in her soul and thus became a true Temple. Mary shows us how we can become blessed, how to find the path of happiness.” -Saint Augustine

With the help of the Blessed Virgin Mary who was assumed body and soul into heavenly glory, may we remember that life here on earth is merely a journey and our ultimate goal is to be with God, Mary our Mother and all the angels and saints in heaven. Keep your eyes fixed above!

In this one minute reflection, explains, "Each day the Lord says to us, “follow Me.” We say “yes” but at times obstacles get in our way. St. Paul tells us how: “The Lord stands by me. He is my strength. In him I can do all things."🎙

St. Maximilian Kolbe offered the ultimate sacrifice reflecting his love for neighbor. With his help, may we be inflamed with the same fire of charity as we put the needs of others before our own. It is such sacrificial love that will help to transform our nation and families.

Happy Feast Day of Saint Maximilian Kolbe! In 1941, he was arrested and sent to Auschwitz. When the Nazi guards selected 10 people to be starved to death in punishment, Kolbe volunteered to die in the place of a stranger. He was later canonised as a martyr. 🙏🏼👑
