The police could easily warn people who does not respect rules but punishing majority is easier I guess. Our lifeline has been closed & we already feel increasing stress. We don't want to practice on concrete streets where people have to be closer to each other.

CO₂ emissions have bounced back after previous global economic crises, & this is likely to be the case for (either a fast or slow bounce). Unless, governments listen this time & invest in climate-friendly infrastructure, technology & practices.
