Exactly - need integrated collaboration spaces with context between tools you use, purpose of the grp, notifications and engagement AI, and BI for transa and other data analysis. All the pieces make the whole expertise picture and more importantly outcomes

That customers are talking AND sharing their needs and experiences vs. vendors & analysts talking about, so the conversation becomes customer-centric and not vendor-centric. Their days of one size fits all are long gone
