This is the case. I’d love to share, but couldn’t include any client names and often real situations in detail. It’s hard even to talk about strategic work at all, where those conversations often happen, since it’s never becomes a published artefact like an app or website.

Which nobody did. The opposite in fact. The right response here is “sorry, I jumped on that without consideration,” not to dig in further just out of a need to be right.

AI gets used for lots of useless things like law enforcement and security. Can someone not find a way to use it to create a vending machine that can make a decent espresso?

I have to say , from here it looks more like you’re trying to shut down ’s voice. Maybe the first post could have been phrased as a question “when are we going to see…,” but the intent is spot on. Ethics *are* nuanced, not absolute, and always trade-offs.

This is such a great discussion between ⁦⁩ and ⁦Cal Newport. Brian does a good job of not letting generalisations slide.

Not really sure what this is trying to say. Our tattoos aren’t crooked or we’re homophobic? We draw ruled lines and strawberries?

Okay, so not impossible, but very painful. Non-responsive and slow form took some iPhone gymnastics to complete.

- your taxpayer info is impossible to fill out on a mobile device. Why is this stuff always still stuck in the 90s?

Hey this kind of arcane cookie/tracking “opt out” is such a UX dark pattern. Three clicks and lots of scrolling led me a page on how to turn off tracking my browser. Just put some switches in. /cc

I wish Apple would make a printer again. They’re universally shit on the UX front no matter how expensive they are. I haven’t used a decent one since the LaserWriter II.
