The most common bottleneck is physical. You need to be able to bench press about 270lbs before you're able to bench press all but the lightest of emotions. Anxiety weighs about 291lbs.

How would you reccomend benching up that high with ulnar nerve problems? Alternatively, what does this work out to in chest press?

See a physio or two. Then probably roid cuz not many people are going to make it that far Hard to tell how that compares with chest press (assuming you mean a machine). It depends on the machine
