yes I was. I wasted time looking for a promised email after the merge ("Once the merge is complete you'll receive an email with information on how to access your new Tsohost client account...") which never came. First email I got from Tsohost was an incorrect invoice.

same thing happened to me. Didn't get the email with new log-in details either, so took effort to get into admin panel (which is buggy).
