upgraded iPhones to iOS 12. Now when trying to use apps safari we are not getting any mobile data even though it switched on. HELP! Need phones working tomorrow. What can we do? Tried turning off/on, removing sim, resetting network settings not worked.

We'll be happy to help get your mobile data working like you expect. Have you updated the carrier settings yet? You might have to be on Wi-Fi to update, and here are the steps to do so:

No update to apply. Anything else I can try. My partner has a different iPhone model but also with and has the same issue
