Bullying and discrimination is unacceptable. But the fact that people have the courage to report it is a good thing - reporting is fundamental to addressing the problem. Those who take this corageous step need every ounce of support we can give them.

If you put lots of electronic devices together and wait for them to connect to each other at random it takes a long time

Whereas I am 64% feminine ... other than simultaneously reinforcing (in its assumtions) and invalidating (in its results) gender stereotypes, not sure what this offers.

Absolutley support the principle that the military must be apolitical (esp party politics), but the moral imperative to actively and visibly support BLM is surely above politics? Worried we have called this one wrong

Values, principles, vision and all the rest are important - but do you “do what it says on the tin”? People remember how you treat them not how you *said you’d treat them ...

Another great episode from . Proud to say the Digital Optimisation programme is delivering automation today, and that plans to enable personnel to do the same at local level with PowerPlatform are well advanced. Watch this space!

Worth the (very short) time it takes to read. Very perceptive. My top take away: as leaders we are NOT trained or experienced for this. We know how to lead, but instinct and experience need to be supressed so we can apply what we ‘know’ to a new situation

Already logged this with Wavell Room but just in case: is the IR finally going to be the review where we recognise and resource the criticality of information capability and take a hit on platforms if necessary?
