: The Illinois Department of Transportation has just announced that cleaning of the I-80 bridge has been suspended and ALL lanes will remain open. The DOT cites increased traffic due to flooding and construction work impacting other metro bridges.

ALERT: Just a reminder that only bridge across the Mississippi River is fully open/unaffected in the Quad Cities. The Centennial Bridge has remained OPEN; however, the Iowa bound will be reduced to one lane when exiting the bridge.
