A working iPhone battery is key and you’ve come to the right place for assistance. To confirm, do you have iOS 13.1.2 currently installed? Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health, what do you see there? This can help us determine our next steps.

Worst operating system I’ve ever seen in my life with all sorts of unnecessary and unwanted changes. Seriously thinking of going Android never to return.

After updating my iPad Air 2 (13.1.2) my battery begins to drain even when I’m not using it. Extremely upsetting. The only way to keep my battery from draining is to charge it for a few hours, every few hours. I HATE many new features of this update, too many to tweet.

Thanks for reaching out. We want to help. How long ago did you update? About how long is your battery lasting from a full charge until the battery dies? Let us know by DM.
