You are so right. I see states will have them, but I haven't heard about it being promoted at all. Not like last year.

What's really sad is that a lot of people (er, men) aren't going to be mad about coronavirus until football is taken away. I'm trying to find my Zen now to get ready for that.

This is not policy that can be made up on the fly. There will not be time. Tell us what the rules will be. Enforce them without fear or favor!

Why? Because there will no be time to “learn lessons” while Trump sets a narrative that will firmly take hold and sow even more mistrust. Social media needs policies NOW that are upfront and clear regarding elections.

I’m catching up on The Daily where’re interviews . He asked Jack what he would do if Trump declared himself the winner of the election before votes were final. And Jack said he would go back and learn lessons from the 2000 recount. This so bad.

The problem isn’t that Trump is an out of touch aspiring tyrant. (Tho, that’s bad.) It’s that as he gets more desperate to cling to power we can only expect more wild, erratic actions.

He tweets, he hollers, he riffs, he obfuscates. But increasingly, the world is just ignoring Trump. My latest:

Last night on Judge Jeanine, Defense Secretary Esper called it "regrettable" that "some in the media" were trying to divide him and the president over the Beirut explosion by just pointing out that he said it was probably an accident while Trump said it looked like an attack.

Trump yesterday on payroll tax: “In other words, I'll extend it beyond the end of the year and terminate the tax” Kudlow to on : “He did not mean he was eliminating the Social Security tax.” Says he meant Trump will try to forgive temporary deferral of taxes

Now KUDLOW is saying the payroll tax will be deferred and then “forgiven” at the end of the year. (???)
