It’s just funny because lemon LaCroix doesn’t have any flavor

I like this example from jest docs: describe('the La Croix cans on my desk', () => { test('are not semantically the same', () => { expect(new LaCroix('lemon')).toEqual({flavor: 'lemon'}); expect(new LaCroix('lemon')).not.toStrictEqual({flavor: 'lemon'}); }); });

"Rome has a logo of an ancient Greek spartan helmet. It's not very relevant since it's not Roman, but it looks cooler than a Galea." 😆

Thanks for this feedback. With all changes to the compiler, we're trying to keep the its output as stable as possible. Not only internally. I'm curious to see the breakages that were introduced specifically in your project by the compiler. Are there GitHub issues?

Well, yes. In most cases, it's O(changes). But there is also schema SDL file - it's huge (and it's keep growing). And also there are certain types of schema changes that still require us to do full rebuilds

I think graphql-js's parser is amazing, and actually super fast. It's just the single-threaded nature of Node.js doesn't allow it to scale when the volume of the documents (the number and size) is growing rapidly...

I’m excited to share that we’re experimenting w porting Relay Compiler into . Our early results are promising: w a bit of structure it’s easy to pick up, and we can move fast and ship high quality, efficient code.

This is a special directive that aims to work together with MockPayloadGenerator. It's adding schema types information into the metadata of the generated artifacts, like possible enum values, is plural field, etc. So the generator can produce better mocks
