Too many people die with their dreams. God makes it plain - dreams require plans to be fulfilled. "For I know the PLANS I have for you," says the Lord. "They are PLANS for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." - Jeremiah 29:11 NLT.

It does not matter if you are appointed over a little - it does matter how you manage the little that you have. God wants to, rejoices to, do us good. He is the promoter but not many have been found faithful to promote.

It is clear from the parable of the talents that whatever we don't manage we will lose. ‘and to those who use well what they are given, even more will be given. But from those who do nothing, even what little they have will be taken away - Luke 19:26 NLT.

His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’ - Matt 25:23 NKJV.

We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but of appreciating what we have.

Mark 16:6 But he said to them, “Do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He is risen! He is not here." Hallelujah!

Our Messiah is not a man-made statue nor is He a bag of bones in a grave - He is alive and seated in heaven with the Father. We do not serve a dead Saviour. He conquered death and the grave.

1. The resurrection of Jesus Christ means He is alive in heaven and also among us today. "I am with you all the way" - Matt 28:20 "I will never leave you nor forsake you" - Hebr 13:5 When we say “Jesus is risen!” we declare that “He is here - among us today!”

2. The resurrection of Jesus Christ means that death is defeated and left powerless. "...through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and release those who through fear of death were subject to bondage" - Heb 2:14-15.

3. The resurrection of Jesus Christ means we may live BOLDLY in this life, since we no longer fear death. "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death" - Rev 12:11.

4. The resurrection of Jesus Christ means we do not have to be focused on self–preservation! We pour out our lives as He did. "I am being poured out as a drink offering on the sacrifice and service of your faith, I am glad and rejoice with you all" - Phil 2:17.

5. The resurrection of Jesus Christ means we have a gospel unlike any other. Let's preach it to all the world. "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations" - Matt 28:18-19.

Jesus death speaks to the love of God towards us. "What shall we say to these things? If God is for us who can be against us? He who didn't spare His own Son but delivered Him up for us all how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?" - Rom 8:31-32
