Red flag laws are in direct violation of the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and since seizures would likely exceed the value of $20, even the 7th Amendments to the Constitution.

The Constitution has a complete answer for treaties too in the 2nd paragraph of Article 6.

The very fact that law schools don't teach the Constitution as it is written along with supporting records to each part, including all Amendments IS a VERY BIG part of the problem.

I understand that but does Article 3 give SCOTUS the power to interpret the Constitution or only to interpret laws and other legal concerns as to how they relate to the Constitution? Do any of the Amendments?

If the legislation is about getting old laws and regulations out of your way to ownership and investment in the community, yes. If it is about asking for payments, likely not. Getting old redlining off the books and the like, that I actually want to help with.

Depends on what that legislation is because even my great grandparents were all born or immigrated to the United States decades after slavery was ended. Now, I know slavery is not the only issue ADOS is asking reparations for. Limits of Twitter don't allow me to answer completely

Of course that will only matter if I win the election this time but I am not half hearted about trying to really serve and solve issues. Sadly, that is probably why I don't get much support from the party though. - Aaron Pettigrew, Republican candidate for U.S. Senate in TN

I can't speak for others in the party for obvious reason but I do talk with and LISTEN to blacks both inner city and rural. I even pay attention to the movement, while I won't agree to cutting a $60k check, I support some of the other things they are seeking.
