Are you in for starting a petition? We can write to the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage (the Prime Minister).

There are a lot of people in this country who love . What is wrong with keeping this channel alive for them? I personally not only like the music which is broadcast from the channel but I also love the "voice" of the presenters and the info they provide.

I agree with you 100%. Is there any point in starting a petition? Is there anything we can do to stop this?

Hey . What is the main reason you want to get rid of ? Young people in general do not listen to radio; those who do already have a lot of options. RNZ Concert is undoubtedly the last remaining radio channel in NZ which broadcasts great music.

It did not work last time so I doubt it would work this time unless some king of campaign gets started for the majority of labour/green voters to vote for Goldmsith.

Structuralist philosophers still have much to teach us. "Studying the way structures operate—in schools, in prisons, in what we see on TV—constitutes the first step in combatting the awesome reaches of their power."
