Admin in districts I've worked in cannot do unannounced formal evals. Are there districts that allow that?

I've been reflecting on my podcast listening habits a lot lately and wanted to share that I started listening to Greater Is In Me with . Podcasts evoke a lot of different emotional responses. This one has evolved lots of joy. Today I am choosing a 🌮 over a 🥪!

Some of the greatest feedback I have ever received came from my students who were both honest and straightforward. I can't imagine being afraid to ask them what they think of me, our class, and our school!

Should teachers facilitating inquiry go through all four levels with every class every year or can they start in a deeper part of the pool if they know previous teachers have worked with the students in the shallower levels?
