We do not use standard dyes, but introduce a modification to the polymer. We see broadband flourescencent emission when exciting anywhere from 405 to 640 nm.

Yes it is, we are using a pair of galvos to both scan the light sheet axially wrt detection objective (interframe refocusing) and tilt the light sheet in Z (intra-frame refocusing).

Thanks Zach - I wasn't aware that regular grids were an issue with colour plane alignment. One advantage of regularity in biplane imaging is that you know exactly how far apart (in Z) your image planes are.
