Some are made with extracts but they're all botanically derived unless artificial flavoring or coloring are listed on label.

If you want to avoid artificial coloring (Campari) and cochineal (nearly every Campari substitute), then Gran Classico is the way to go to be in the same flavor range- a touch sweeter I think. There won't be other artificial ingredients other than the coloring in any of them.

It seems that unless it's certified organic, bagged sugar is mostly GMO sugar beet rather than cane sugar. "Where does your sugar come from?" -CocktailGreen

I have only tried 1 sip of it but the OF would be my move too. I would think things with ginger or other spicy flavors, Ango. I think I’m just think of corn with chili and lime lol

I started to but never got far enough to draw any conclusions- there are videos on the Modernist Pantry site but I was overwhelmed with the range of thickeners emulsifiers etc. xanthan gum was fun though
