Also, aren’t protection of minorities and property fundamental principles? Can’t I decide to ban people supporting or enabling antisemites, anti-immigrants, anti-Islam, genocide deniers from my home / radio / TV / platform - for the sake of protecting fundamental rights? 7/8

Speaking of fundamental rights, though, they are obviously phrased in a general way - which means more room for arbitrary decisions and less legal certainty when it comes to decisions based thereupon. 6/8
