100% agree with this-collaboration beats training The *only* training ive ever thought useful in its entirety was 8 years ago I get all my CPD from visiting other schools.Learned more at with & at Knayton than a million courses

Certainly in primary I use I visulise to gather and bank misconceptions based on success criteria and share giving immediate feedback

It’s interesting what Twitter reveals: constantly interesting / disappointing / engaging... but most often revealing. Disappointment tops the list (sadly) ...I guess it’s often financially driven ...I’ve more or less had my fill of it all
