The problem is people misused the word of “asylum” to speed up themselves and the real asylum seeker dont get their place because people abuse the system How can you know which one is asylum seeker which is not?

US illegal immigration issue, they should deal it like other country. If illegal then its illegal because you cannot have background check on who coming in However, open the system to encourage people to apply for work visa where the labor shortage occurs.

This would benefit both US and immigrant. US will get the skilled labor to drive the economy and at the same time visa system would allow background check to prevent what happening in Europe. Immigrant would be able to access US job market and have better life
