Finally the poll posted by is done and here are the results. Yes some may represent “casual” conversation re family when that was more common but even discounting that (which is debatable), this is pretty striking.

In need of validation yes, but not inexplicable. The irreversibility is actually a potential benefit for MI reduction when one considers the potential issues of true (not just reported) adherence with a bid and reversibly binding drug

Not inexplicable if you consider the fact that patients with prior TIA, stroke, ICH were excluded from ISAR REACT 5, AND the dose adjustment of prasugrel 30/5 was used for patients of low body weight or age 75 and older. Risk/benefit optimization?
