It is anachronistic to view media corporations & big tech companies as independent entities outside the capitalist state & the class struggle. These corporate entities have merged with the state and are essential players constructing & disseminating capitalist values & ideas.

The airwaves & internet must be claimed by the public. By engaging in thought policing & entering the political sphere as partisans, big tech firms have demonstrated that they cannot be allowed to exist in their present forms. The public must claim and de-commodify the internet.

The discussions on the Chinese economy reminds me of the painful discussions the rulers in the U.S. tried to avoid in relationship to how the peasant and workers society of the Soviet Union that was devastated by second world war could beat the U.S. into space 15 years later.

Every Western capitalist country will see a major contraction of their economies in 2020. Why not Chinese? Is it just "control of corona virus"? Perhaps it might also be related to central planning and not being dependent on private capitalists?

Ice Cube is not a radical intellectual so he gets a pass for being naive about the possibility of some kinda of capitalist solution for Black America. But what is the excuse for radical black intellectuals for backing a neoliberal Biden knowing he has no solutions either?

I find it outrageous that black democrats who have been toming for white folks who run the democrat party for decades have the nerve to criticize Ice Cube for meeting with Trump. At least with the wolf - Trump we know him, instead of the fox democrats, also white supremacists.

As part of the propaganda for democrat GOTV the question of Trump not conceding is raised. A real possibility but not an issue I am particularly interested in. For me, I am wondering what would be response of democrats if they win popular vote again but lost electoral college.

When high profile people contract covid they get best care possible. Not the case for tens of thousands forced to work without healthcare coverage who can't afford to get sick for one day. This is why playing down this illness is so immoral & reactionary.

So I heard that Biden and democrats want to impose a mandatory capitalist vaccine? Good thing Biden isn't a fascist.

The problem with covid pandemic crisis in the U.S. is lack of healthcare facilities after decades of neoliberal stripping of public healthcare system, lack of universal healthcare & a death culture that sees some humans as as expendable.

The very thing that was being proposed and soundly rejected - sacrificing lives in favor of opening up the economy is now policy shared by both parties and the ruling class because they don't want to pay workers to stay home to shut down, even for a month to save lives.

How far do these partisan tech companies have to go before the public realizes the monster that has been created as a result of the normalization of McCarthism and the acceptance of though policing and group think?

Suppressing the New York Post article on Hunter Biden's corrupt practices, big tech once again demonstrates that it has entered the intra-bourgeois struggle as partisans and are using their dominance to censor information. Thanks again liberals - the real neo-fascists.

U.S. capitalist barbarism. A friend just shared that the asthma pump that usually runs $150 is now with her deductible over $700 because so many with covid need pumps & the market adjusted to that demand. She can't afford it so will go without. This is why I'm a socialist.

Isn't it interesting that the negative impact of covid-19 is greatest in the most brutal right-wing capitalist nations like the U.S., the UK, India and Brazil.

Both parties are playing politics with the lives of workers & the poor not providing the desperate relief the people need. That would be different if there was some street heat. But that pivot is being blocked by the bourgeois identity politics supported & financed by liberals.

How does one explain this? Is a clue contained in the alternative reality that the virus seems to have its most devastating impact in the most brutal, anti-worker, right-wing capitalists economies like the U.S. Britain, & Brazil?

Liberals are so irrational. Why are environmentalists & climate activists like Greta Thunberg lining up in support of Biden who opposes fracking & his party's commitment to fossil fuels? Why are they not supporting the Green party? Oh I forgot, Trump is an existential threat.

Question for democrats: How much did Bezos and Amazon paid in federal taxes? Answer: that is not a legitimate question because Bezos is a democrat party supporter.

That pathetic & superficial "debate" last night was another reason why any party able to get on a majority of the countries ballots should be allowed to take part in the debates. The people lose when the two capitalist parties are able to limit rage of political discourse
