I see lots of people with advice for others. I just tend to be too aware of my own shortcomings to offer anything but a smile.

From Sand and Ash or Where the Lost Wander. WWII or Oregon Trail. You pick. You might like What the Wind Knows (Ireland 1920) too.

Neither. It’s just an irony I’ve found amusing over the years. “Knowing what happens” is built into the genre, to some extent.

Totally not complaining about criticism. It is simply something I’ve laughed about over the years. A funny irony.

I have to laugh a little when reviewers complain about predictability in a historical novel. It’s history. We all kinda know what happened going in.

I apologize to everyone in advance who plans on reading Until the Last Breath when it releases. Just wrapped up on final edits. This book hurts my soul but I love it so much. Sept 10th, it’s coming and it’s up for preorder right now! 💞

My Grandpa Frank was born and raised in the Bronx -- a neighborhood not too far from Fordham. He left after serving in the war (WWII). But he never lost the accent.
