Firstly, food bought from an airport restaurant should be sanitary and safe. Food related sickness on a plane is not a good idea. Even if someone becomes sick, they should be able to access basic first aid without risking missing their ✈️ for something like acidity. Do better. 4

Stranger behavior aside, I was very disappointed in ’s lack of readiness for medical situations. There was no first aid kit or medical personnel to help even though I asked multiple times. My only options were to ride it out or call an ambulance. No middle ground. 3/

Funny thing is, she was wearing Christian cross earrings and couldn’t be bothered but he overheard me asking for antacids and offered. He showed the initiative to help with great empathy. Genuine gratitude to that kind stranger. I had a safe trip and it was because of you. 2/

Today in Was getting dinner before my flight and fell violently sick. I called for help: WW sitting next to me was the only one who noticed and all she did was move away from the vomit. It was a black man who finally helped me. 1/
