“billionaire” SHOULD be a slur, as it’s a fucking shameful thing to be. vast wealth is immoral, and capitalism is a cancer on society. nobody should have things they want while anybody goes without things they need. ESPECIALLY if what they want is to send a car into space.

Capitalism has been the greatest boon to humanity since the discovery of fire & the invention of the wheel. It drives innovation & progress. The only thing socialism creates with any success are mountains of corpses & oceans of misery.

I have no problem with a man who is doing great things with his money and Elon is: building is a maglev infrastructure, getting us to colonize Mars, and he donated to Puerto Rico after the hurricane and I heard he sent stuff to help get those kids out of the cave.

No but that's not enough. He has to donate everything he has and be as poor as we are, or he is immoral, because he isn't entitled to his earnings - but we somehow are.

it's not "having billions" that's really an issue IMO, it's "HOARDING billions". "Having" means you have it and you can use it to help society (Bill Gates). "Hoarding" makes you Smaug.

If you have AC/heat, keep your food in a fridge, have running and clean water, and have a roof over your head, you're more weathly than most people throughout human history

I'm tired of people hating everyone who is more successful than them and looking down on everyone with less than them. The average global income is around 10k, so if you make more than that, you're considered above average
