Please feel free to ask these on the GitHub proposal above. The goal is to bring a full suite of functionality enjoyed by previous versions of the control.

The functionality on the base XAML element, e.g. WebView2, isn't indicative of the full functionality of the WebView. There will also be a core WebView object that you can dot into, see the API spec for caveats and details.

As WebView2 is more than a XAML control (it will also be expressed in other namespaces), it made the most sense to add the 2.

It's not the confusion about pin / password we are reacting to. It's the fact that you don't seem to understand private keys or what a wallet is doing on your behalf. Its like not understanding assay or some other fundamental concept of PMs but trying to argue about them anyway.

Yes, this is a bad user experience and it needs to get better. I respect your work and have for years. But, you are wrong about Bitcoin. It goes beyond understanding wallet usage. I am not confident you understand private keys, so how can you understand Bitcoin?

With all due respect, this whole episode goes to show you should be the last person educating / warning people about Bitcoin. You haven't taken the time to learn even the most basic things about it!

You aren't alone. A GitHub contribution economy denominated in Bitcoin is a dream of mine as well!

Absolutely! Pleased to see these commitments. On a related note, we need a TWR here in the USA. This seems the best way forward for reducing emissions nationally. What would it take?

BREAKING: a federal judge has ruled that suspicionless searches of travelers’ cell phones, laptops, and other electronic devices when we cross the U.S. border are unconstitutional. This is an enormous victory for privacy.

Thanks I missed the link and now read it. This was 6 years ago. I wonder if a dependency solution could be worked out. It would be more secure and convenient to have signed binaries from Debian if the dependencies issue could be resolved. Couldn't we check in appropriate tests?

Thank you. What are the barriers to getting bitcoind into Debian base? This would obviously be ideal...
