I would expand customers to “a reachable, sustainable market.” Often we find a few early buyers that aren’t sustainable or are too costly to target at scale.

The backstory here is crazy. and can’t get out of one another’s way, stranding a customer at an airport with a lost prepaid rental and no means of a refund. Fundamentally broken customer service.
