1st week of our Summer Academy came to an end 4 our non residential players. Camp continues 4 residential players till Sunday and include going to the Ireland Italy game tomorrow at the Aviva. Great learning and engagement from players through out the week.

Balbriggan RFC u13’s came for a day of learning. Game understanding & spatial awareness was the main topics but there was also time to relax. Be comfortable in space and make sure the players of the Ball work hard
