Silicon Valley guys in are portrayed as noble whistle blowers after they designed the matrix. Algorithms helped worsen political polarization, teen anxiety, etc & they're not revealing anything that wasn't obvious. Irony of posting this on social media noted.

I keep waiting for this to be The Truman Show and we’ll discover that a movie crew is manufacturing smoke and red skies, the moths have a wrangler, the news is all fake and the pandemic is season one. Ed Harris’ voice should be coming out of the clouds anytime.

We need to stop using the homeless euphemisms and call this what it is - a mental health & addiction crisis. Until we intensively "treat" rather than just "house" our vulnerable folks, people will continue to use, sleep and die in the streets.
