Little power move: Instead of trying to jump into the conversation at a break, just started talking. This is probably an accepted power I've just been leaving on the table for my lifetime.

This is an anatomically realistic 3D brain visualisation depicting real time source-localized activity. Each colour tracks brainwaves. The brighter the colour, the more intense the activity. This data is from EEG and MRI created by Neuroscape Lab, California.

All boundaries are constructed, and as the acuteness of sensation increases in using the discriminating mind to search for a boundary, there will be no place for a boundary to hide.

I'm going to do this with a persistent body scan. If dull unpleasantness solidifies as sensation, feels separate or stuck, I'll look for a boundary.

As a hypothesis I'm regarding dull unpleasantness as disowned sensation. If this is true, if I incline towards it in a gentle way to reincorporate it into conscious awareness, this dull unpleasantness will metabolize into clarity.

I'm good at take off, not good at sustaining. It is more of a jump than flight. 😅 landing is scary

This is true except the notion of 'creative' as an identity, 'a creative person', is of course drivel. Creativity is an intimate faculty of the will in any sentient human life, on par with mastering space and manipulating surroundings. They all coalesce into meaning

Brilliant minds play at games at levels of achievement you may have only scratched the surface of. This makes some anxious. I take solace in the fact that no one occupies my particular intersection of all peoples realities.
