Full credit goes to Streetsblog for pointing out there was no ordinance to support the "Walk your bike" signs. As such, we introduced an ordinance to do just that. Obviously enforcement will be driven by common sense: when there tons of pedestrians present, it'll be enforced.

The Tribune previously reported that Torres contacted IPRA after hearing police claimed McDonald lunged at officers. "I couldn't live with myself," Torres said. "If something like that would happen to my kids, I would wish somebody would come forward and say something."
