Before: 37000 vehicles. 2500 cyclists. 20000 peds. 5000 HGVs. A handful of trees. But it was placeless. 2015: Still the same volumes, but more space, more trees and designed for people. Still applying lessons from this 5 years on.

Review update with client re: 3 town centre regen plans we prepared last year. Despite seismic change - client happy that all 3 remain relevant. Why? Key themes of 'place', active travel, urban greening and digital were all v. prominent remedies to the challenges for each town.
