Devolution can be overruled in the name of 'common frameworks' as we've seen. It's why it's no longer enough to protect our services.

If trump does goes either by impeachment or by resignation it can have a huge effect on the markets, value of $, price of goods. The trade war with China is virtually his doing. He has business interests in Scotland. All can be effected by outcome of impeachment.
