Been a while since a Friday afternoon gathering. Kicked off well with a 1998 Salmon Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon Rosé. Rich heavy and brooding but with awesome lifted orange, mandarin & tangerine. Needs food. 50/50 CH/PN with 10% red Pinot.
